DRINK MORE WATER
Many of the daily aches and pains are caused by dehydration. Every day we should drink a minimum of 96 ounces of water. This amount doesn’t include the other liquids you consume. In fact, the caffeinated liquids you consume will speed the loss of water from your body requiring you to drink more to stay hydrated. If you are active or it’s hot, you will need to consume more than 96 ounces of water to keep from feeling the effects of dehydration. Dehydration causes sore and stiff joints and aching muscles. Severe dehydration causes loss of physical and mental abilities. Most of us exist in a state of mild to moderate dehydration because we don’t drink enough water. Do yourself a favor and drink a minimum of three quarts of water a day. You’ll see a marked improvement in how you feel.
