Enjoy a Cooling Coconut Smoothie:
- Coconut Milk or Coconut Water
(1-2 cups or at least enough to cover blender blades)
- Handful of frozen or fresh spinach
- 1 cup of cut pineapple
- 1 cup frozen or fresh strawberries or raspberries
- 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
- 2-4 ice cubes (unless your berries were frozen)
- Optional Bonus Nutrition: Add other ingredients to boost nutritional value such as a tiny scoop of MSM sulfur powder, a spoon full of raw Cacao nibs, Chia seeds or Goji berries.
